These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Grossi ("Grossi", "we", "us", "our"). By placing an order you confirm that you accept these terms in full. Please read them carefully before ordering.

1. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, and able to enter into a legally binding contract.

2. Products
Product images and descriptions are provided for illustration only. Because every piece is produced in limited quantities, colours, finishes and hand-feel may vary slightly from what is shown on screen. All items are subject to availability and we may withdraw or amend any product at any time.

3. Orders
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if payment is not authorised — and in that case any amount charged is refunded.

4. Prices & Payment
Prices are shown in Euro (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.

5. Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as customs inspections, strikes or weather. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Customs & Duties
Any customs duties or import taxes for orders shipped outside the country of dispatch are not included in the price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws of the destination country.

7. Pre-Orders & Delivery Windows
Certain pieces are sold as pre-orders or carry an indicated delivery window (for example "delivery in September"). Estimated dates are given in good faith and may change due to production. Where a delivery date is stated at the time of purchase, that date forms part of your order.

8. All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and refer to the product measurements and size information before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing or fit, contact us at info@grossi.world before you buy and we will be glad to help.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from its description, contact us at info@grossi.world within a reasonable time and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.

10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This clause does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
